Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. During peak periods (launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

For all customers including International, delivery times may vary depending on customs and your local postal service. ThreeTwoThree is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier as it is out of our control.

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
